While the web can be a great resource for finding information from the comfort of your home, it can also throw up lots of scary and confusing stuff.  In the many years of working in the sector of unplanned pregnancy counselling, I have talked to 100s of women who have sought out information online, only to end up more afraid and confounded by their options.       As an accredited mental health social worker and counsellor who specialises in abortion and pregnancy-options counselling, I certainly get my fair share of funny looks at parties or bbqs, when asked by people what I do! It's 2019 and the taboo, shame and stigma around women considering all their options in regards to unintended pregnancy is still palpable.
